The Apotheberry Cocktail
1.75oz Cognac
.75oz Dry Sherry
.25oz Creme de Cassis
.25oz Benedictine
6-8 drops Bittercube’s Bolivar Bitters
Directions
Muddle fresh rosemary in a cocktail shake along with the dry sherry. Add the rest of the ingredients, fill with ice and stir vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Pour over a fine mesh strainer into a cocktail glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
